Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking
For International Orders: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on the courier's website to follow your package in real-time.
For Local Delivery (Qatar): Our delivery representative will contact you directly via phone or WhatsApp to coordinate the delivery time once your order is out for distribution.
Damaged or Lost Orders
We take full responsibility for items damaged during transit or lost in shipping. If this happens, please follow these steps:
- Photograph the damaged packaging and items immediately upon receiving
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund
